REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10x20ft area for setup & operation, indoors or out -and-
  • Power outlet within 100ft (We can provide power for an extra fee in special circumstances)

* Weekday events are Monday-Thursday.
* SXSW, ACL, and FULL day events are custom quoted.
* Travel fees apply if event is more than 45 miles from zip code 78704
*  Additional time can be custom quoted based on event type and location.
* Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve add an additional 30% to rates

sweet add-ons TO THE BUS:

Photo guest Book

$250

We print an extra copy of each photo and put it into the Photo Guest Book where your guests would leave you a note and their well wishes. This could potentially be used as a 'sign in book'. Book is made from bamboo and measures 12"x12".

We would love to create a stunning custom background for your event. The sky is the limit when it comes to creativity and what we can create for you.
